Vascular & Interventional Radiology

Dr. Brian S. Wong is a board-certified vascular and interventional radiologist with Urology Partners of North Texas. He specializes in minimally invasive, image-guided treatments for vascular disease and men’s health conditions, with a particular focus on prostate artery embolization (PAE) for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). His clinical interests also include peripheral arterial disease, musculoskeletal interventions, and cancer-related therapies.

Having performed more than 2,000 embolization procedures, Dr. Wong is committed to delivering advanced, patient-centered care using the latest innovations in interventional radiology. He believes in straightforward communication and takes the time to help patients understand their condition and treatment options, often providing effective alternatives to more invasive surgery.

Dr. Wong earned his medical degree and a Master of Public Health from Texas Tech University, where he attended on an academic scholarship. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch before pursuing fellowship training in vascular and interventional radiology at the renowned Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute. He is also certified as a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI). Prior to joining Urology Partners of North Texas, Dr. Wong led interventional radiology centers in Louisville, Kentucky, with a focus on vascular disease and men’s health.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Wong enjoys fishing along the Texas Gulf Coast, flying as a private pilot, and traveling with his family. A lifelong adventurer, he has visited all seven continents.
