While coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing hardships for the entire nation and much of the world, we understand our patients still need compassionate, expert medical care. To ensure you have access to the vital medical attention you need during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are now caring for our patients via telemedicine appointments.
Telemedicine is safe and convenient
Now you can talk with your UPNT physician or physician assistant face-to-face from the comfort of your home or anywhere using a smartphone, tablet, iPad, laptop or desktop computer.
Telemedicine visits help protect our patients from coronavirus by eliminating the risk of possible exposure associated with public gatherings in places like healthcare clinics. It also helps protect our physicians, care providers and staff by limiting physical contact with patients who may be infectious.
During your visit, you will be able to easily talk and interact with your physician or physician assistant much the way you would during an in-person clinic visit. Your care provider can share X-rays and scans, visually examine incisions, and see anything the camera can show. The only limitation is the hands-on aspect that is routinely part of a physical exam. If your care provider prescribes medication, the prescription will be sent directly to your pharmacy of choice.

Before your appointment, you will receive detailed instructions via email or text—including a clickable link to begin your call. UPNT telemedicine appointments are covered by Medicare and most insurance companies. Check with your health insurance provider to be sure.
